Amy Matsushima is a Senior Associate and the Human Resources Director for Bowers + Kubota Consulting, Inc, a local Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Management company in Hawaii. With over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Ms. Matsushima has worked in a variety of companies ranging from start-up companies to large hospitality chains. Ms. Matsushima has her bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Hawaii and holds the designation of Society of Human Resources Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Ms. Matsushima sits on the UHA Wellness Leaders Roundtable and is active in the Chamber of Commerce Engineering Sector Partnership. She loves spending time with her family, reading, and traveling.
